Reservations
We recommend booking your spa appointments in advance to ensure desired times are available. All appointments can be guaranteed with a valid credit card or hotel room confirmation number. Please contact our Spa Reception or feel free to book online.

Arrival
We encourage you to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow enough time to check in, change, and enjoy our facilities. A locker robe and slippers will be provided upon your arrival. In addition, we invite you to take time to enjoy the relaxation lounge to unwind and prepare for your spa journey.

Health Information
We collect health information in order to promote a safe and healthy environment for our guests, to ensure continuity of information from one visit to the next, and to assist in customizing treatments to individual needs, particularly if there are medical issues or allergies which could have contraindications for certain products or services.

Valuables
We recommend removing all jewelry prior to your spa visit. The Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Cell Phones
Please respect our peaceful environment and silence all cell phones.

Cancellation
To modify or cancel your spa appointment, we require 72 hours notice in order to avoid any penalties or fees. If cancelling between 72 and 24 hours in advance of your appointment, you will be charged for the full service but will receive a credit for the charge which can be used within the next year. Appointment cancellation 24 hours or less in advance will be subject to a full service charge without the option for a credit.
